Application Areas:

Approved for anchoring of e.g pipelines, ventilation pipes, sprinklers systems, cable trays, consoles, formwork brackets, ladders in concrete C20/25 to C50/60

Also suitable for concrete C12/15 and natural stone with dense structure

Advantages:

European Technical Approval in non-cracked concrete option 7 and for multiple fixings of non-structural systems in cracked concrete (e.g. suspended ceilings) as well as fire resisitance class F120
Multiple fixing and removing as well as dismantling of the fixture flush with the surface is possible
Suitable for standard metric screws and threaded rods
Edge prevents anchor from slipping deeper into the hole, if the drillhole has been drilled too deeply and ensures that the fixation point looks better
Simple setting for reduced drilling time and allows a cost-saving installation

Processing information

The BE drop-in anchor is suitable for pre-positioned installation
Insert the drop-in anchor into the drill hole. The installation tools must be placed on the anchor's collar to ensure proper expansion. Strike the installation tool with a hammer until a marking appears on the anchor

Advice

Anchoring with European approval in non-cracked concrete C20/25 up to a maximum of C50/60, as well as in both non-cracked and cracked concrete for multiple fixings of non-load-bearing systems (e.g., suspended ceilings) with a concrete strength class of at least C12/15 and up to C50/60 according to EN 206
For further technical data and information, the approval is available on the BERNER online site and/or you can use the BERNER design software
For fastening diamond drilling equipment, we recommend our M12 contact anchor with an increased outer diameter
