Protection during welding and grinding work

• Resistant against welding and grinding beads, sparks, clinkers and glowing metals
• Can be implemented as an insulating heat shield curtain, asbestos free, refined from filament yarns, approved as a non-combustible material class A1 to EN 348
• Application temperature limit 850 °C (short peaks up to 1000 °C)
• The products have a light blue color. Chemically treated E-glass is the base material. The components that melt at a low temperature are eliminated from the E-glass fibers in the process, which increases temperature resistance. isoTHERM® 1000 is extremely textile and very skin friendly. The products are also harmless to health.
• Filament diameter 6 μm - 9 μm
• Incombustible (fire class A1 woven fabric approval according to DIN 4102)
• Note: Temperature exposure leads to color loss. This does not affect temperature resistance!
