Processing information

This Berner roofing membrane is laid horizontally with an overlap of approximately 15 cm (see overlap line) on the thermal insulation or at right angles to the rafters without tension and without sagging
If the pitch is less than the standard roof pitch, the local regulations of the roofing trade must be observed
When used in the ridge area, it is laid over the ridge with an overlap of approximately 30 cm
Nail sealing tape is used for optimum sealing of the nail holes
Sufficient ventilation must be ensured in uninsulated attics/lofts
Use diffusion tape to repair minor damage and tape the edges of joints and overlaps
The membrane may be laid directly on thermal insulation or rafters with the recommended overlap
To ensure that the roof underlay functions properly, the entire roof structure must be installed in accordance with the local roofing trade regulations
In the event of extreme weather conditions (continuous rain or driving rain, etc.) additional protective measures must be taken
Sufficient ventilation must be ensured for non-insulated pointed floors
Repair minor damage and tape over the edges of joints and overlaps with BERNER Outside - inside sealing tape
