Tyre repair parts

Remove the tyre and mark the perforation.
Remove the foreign body from the tyre and make an individual hole in the tyre with the conical reamer. Clean with a rubber cleaner.
Lightly roughen the marked area with the ball rasp (1,500-5,000 rpm) and remove the dust.
Apply adhesive, spread and allow to dry for at least 5 minutes. Also apply a drop of glue to the hole.
Remove the protective film from the plug.
Insert and pull the pin until the pin is fully seated in the tyre.
Press firmly with the roller from the center of the tyre.
Mount and then inflate the tyre. Cut off the protruding shaft (do not pull the shaft).

During a repair, leave one end of the tyre 1 to 2 mm long in the sidewall of the tyre.
Only for punctures less than 6 mm in diameter.
