Processing information

Contouring films can help with modelling and shaping the adhesive. These foils need to be removed after cure
Clean surface with the BERNER Plast-O-Fix cleaner and prepare substrate with the BERNER Plast-O-Fix primer.
Let the primer evaporate for min. 5-10 minutes
On thermoplastics (PVC, PC, PMMA, etc.) you can prime using an Isopropyl alcohol (IPA). Other types of solvents can damage the surface
Ensure that both chambers of the cartridge are open and not blocked
Attach the BERNER mixing nozzle for ensuring a mixing ratio of 1:1
Before starting the real application dispose the first 5 cm
Now a correct mixing ratio is garanteed and the product is ready to use
For some repairs the usage of a reinforcement film on the back of holes and cuts can be beneficial

Advice

Store cool and dry, keep away from sunlight
For the 25ml version use mixing nozzle #424218 for the 50ml version use the mixing nozzle #103480
