Processing information

Remove the old windshield carefully
Cut the residue of the old adhesive down to 2 mm
Prepare the new windshield by cleaning the whole windshield with a glass cleaner
Clean the areas of the windshield and bodyparts which will be glued with the BERNER intensive cleaner
Apply glue bead on cutted back adhesive
Extrude the windscreen adhesive with an hand- or air pressure gun at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C
Apply vertically with a V-shaped nozzle to apply the adhesive with 10 mm height and triangular shape
Attach the new windshield within 15 minutes

Not suitable for PP/PE
A test for the material compatibility should be done prior to application
