BERNERseal FS TPO Primer

Consumption:
50-60 g/m2 per layer
This consumption is based on application onto a smooth surface in optimum conditions. Factors like surface porosity, temperature and application method can alter consumption
Surface Preparation:
Thorough preparation of the surface is essential for an optimum result and a long lifespan
The surface must be dry and free of dust and grease
All loose parts must be carefully removed with a grinder
Old, loose coatings, greases, oils or organic substances must be removed
Smoothen possible surface irregularities, remove loose parts and (grinding) dust
Application:
For best results, the temperature during application and cure should be between 5° C and 35° C
Relative humidity should be between 50% and 70%
Low temperature and low humidity delays curing, while high temperature speeds up curing
BERNERseal FS TPO Primer can be applied by soaking a clean and dry cloth, and wipe the entire surface off
Change cloths often
After 2-3 hours, apply the BERNERseal FS Sealant

Do not wash the surface with water
The substrate moisture should be max. 5%
