Application Areas:

BERNERseal FS Repair is mainly used to create waterproof seals between different materials such as Bitumen, PVC, Concrete, Mortar, Cement, Wood, etc.

The main applications are repair compound, connection sealant and sealing of complicated structural elements, like:
Wall-floor connections
Roofing frames
Skylight domes
Roof penetrations
Chimneys
Pipes
Gutters

Advice

Do not apply BERNERseal FS Repair at temperatures below 5°C
Also 4 hours after application, the temperature should not be below 5°C
Do not use on frozen or damp surfaces or during rain
Low temperatures delay curing, while high temperatures speed up curing
Brush and roller should absolutely be solvent resistant
New concrete structures must dry for at least 28 days
The BERNERseal FS system is not set to be slip resistant
In order to prevent accidents, please inform yourself in detail if it's possible to make the coatings on site slip-resistant!
