BERNERseal FS Accelerator is mainly used for BERNERseal FS (Level, Vertical and Fiber) at very low temperatures, or when BERNERseal FS (Level and Vertical) has to be applied in combination with BERNERseal FS Fleece in the wet-on-wet application method (higher coating thicknesses in one layer)

Processing information

The BERNERseal FS Accelerator is mixed in the following ratios (by weight):
100 parts BERNERseal FS Level, Vertical or Fiber: 3 parts BERNERseal FS Accelerator (3%)
100 parts BERNERseal FS Level, Vertical or Fiber: 3 parts BERNERseal FS Accelerator (2%)
The following mixing ratios are valid when working with 3% BERNERseal FS Accelerator:
BERNERseal FS (Level, Vertical or Fiber) 15kg - BERNERseal FS Accelerator 0,45 l
BERNERseal FS (Level, Vertical or Fiber) 6kg - BERNERseal FS Accelerator 0,18 l
Stir BERNERseal FS (Level, Vertical or Fiber) well before starting
Add the correct quantity of BERNERseal FS Accelerator to it
Stir the mixture in the prescribed mixing ratio for approx. 3-5 min. with a mechanical stirrer at low speed

Advice

Mixing of the components must be carried out very thoroughly, especially on the sides and the bottom of the bucket until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous
Apply the mixture within approx. 20-30 min
