BERNERfix PS Adhesive is part of BERNERfix Panelsystem
Cleaning of support structure:
Apply BERNERfix PS Cleaner & Primer with a clean, dry and lint-free cloth. Clean the support structure of to be bonded panel thoroughly. Let the support structure dry completely (at least 10 minutes)
Cleaning of Panel:
Apply BERNERfix PS Cleaner & Primer to the back of the to be bonded panel with a clean, dry and lint-free cloth and clean it thoroughly. Let the panel dry completely (at least 10 minutes)
After BERNERfix PS Cleaner & Primer has been applied to the cladding panel and has completely dried, apply BERNERfix PS foam tape and BERNERfix PS adhesive continuously and vertically along the entire support structure. The adhesive has to be applied with the dedicated v-nozzle in a width of 9 mm. Do not apply more foam tape or adhesive than can be covered in 10 minutes (open time)
Once the BERNERfix Panelsystem products have been applied, avoid touching the exposed adhesive and pretreated surfaces, as this may adversely affect the final adhesion. Install the panel within 10 minutes of applying the adhesive bead

Given the variety of panels present in the market, it is recommended that you consult with the panel manufacturers or your Sales Representative before the installation if you have questions or concerns
Limitations:
Not suitable without the complete BERNERfix Panelsystem
Not suitable on top of existing wall panel and façade cladding materials.
Do not use BERNERfix PS foam tape that has been compromised in any way
Not suitable for application in “dotting and spotting” method
Only apply the system on a stable structure
Ensure an air gap of at least 2 cm between the panel and the next component of the wall system
Ensure continuous airflow for the ventilation of façade
Not suitable for use on porous substrates like wood, concrete and stone
