Processing information

After curing, left over foam can be removed with a knife or spatula and the foam surface can be finished
Substrates must be clean and free of dust, oil and grease. It is important to moisten substrates slightly before use as this improves adhesion and finished cell structure of the foam
Canister temperature: + 5 °C to + 30 °C (recommended + 15 °C to + 25 °C)
Application temperature (applies to environment and substrates): + 5 °C to + 35 °C (recommended +15 °C to +25 °C)
Shake the can for at least 20 seconds with the valve upwards and screw the gun on the adapter
Turn the canister upside down and apply the foam. To regulate the flow of the foam, loosen the valve at the back of the handle
Fill the cavity to 50 % and, in case of low humidity, lightly spray the foam with water. The foam will expand to fill the rest
When fixing window frames, use spacers and wedges to hold the frame in place for approximately 24 hours until the foam is fully cured
Protect eyes, wear gloves and protective gear
Joints wider and deeper than 4 cm should be filled in multiple layers. Wait 15-30 minutes between applications. Before each application lightly spray with water
Fresh foam can be removed immediately with a gun and/or foam cleaner (also pu foam guns can be cleaned with it)

Only use in well ventilated areas
Store canister upright between + 5 °C and + 25 °C
Pressurized canister!
Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding + 50 °C
Do not pierce or burn, even after use as it contains flammable propellants. Do not spray on an open flame or any hot/glowing material. Keep away from sources of ignition. No smoking
Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates
Not suitable for permanent water load. Not suitable for use (eg filling) in cavities with insufficient moisture
