Processing information

Surface preparation: Substrates must be clean, dry and free from dust, oil and grease. Lightly moisten substrates before application to improve adhesion and foam cell structure
Application: Recommended can temperature: +15 °C to +25 °C. Application temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C
Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times before use
Attach the canister to a suitable foam gun and apply with the valve pointing downwards
Fill cavities approximately 50% full. The foam will expand during curing
For larger joints, apply in multiple layers and allow 15-30 minutes between applications
Lightly moisten each layer before the next application
Protect eyes and wear suitable gloves and protective clothing during use
Cleaning: Fresh foam can be removed immediately. After curing, excess foam can be trimmed with a knife or spatula and the surface can be finished. Clean foam guns after use

Advice

Use only in well-ventilated areas
Store the can upright between +5 °C and +25 °C
Pressurised container. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above +50 °C
Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Do not smoke during use
Limitations: Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates. Not suitable for permanent water load. Not suitable for use in cavities with insufficient moisture
Please note that from 24 August 2023, appropriate training on the safe handling of diisocyanates must be completed prior to use. For more information on the training, please visit
