Processing information

Install the fire protection collar on the surface of the building element in accordance with the applicable configuration specified in ETA-23/0680
For lightweight walls, fix the collar using continuous M8 threaded steel rods with M8 hexagon nuts
For solid walls and floors, fix the collar using 38 mm metal multi-purpose anchors with MMS-P 7.5 × 45 mm steel bolts and corresponding washers and nuts
Annular gaps up to a maximum width of 20 mm must be completely and tightly closed using the materials and arrangement specified for the respective construction and installation configuration in ETA-23/0680
Always observe the applicable installation configuration specified in ETA-23/0680

Advice

Fire resistance classifications up to EI 120, depending on the approved pipe and installation configuration
45° pipe penetrations are possible for selected pipe systems and installation configurations
Configurations with 2 × 45° pipe bends are approved for selected pipe systems
Selected applications are approved with PE or FEF pipe insulation
Sleeve installations and zero-distance configurations are approved for selected pipe systems and configurations
The applicable fire resistance classification depends on the pipe type, pype dimensions, insulation, supporting construction and installation configuration. Refer to ETA-23/0680 for the approved application
