Processing information

Take the cap off from the tire then remove the inner valve and let the tire deflate completely
Pump the required amount of liquid (based on the chart) into the tire with the hand pump or syringe (see instruction)
After applying the tire sealant, clean the valve stem with compressed air
Replace the valve
Refill the tire up to the required pressure recommended by the tire manufacturer
Clean the hand pump or syringe with water after usage

Advice

Tyre pressure monitoring systems are not affected by the product. Remove the TPMS sensor before filling the product
Balance and check tracking of all wheels before applying

Ook voor de landbouw

Hallo allemaal, het afdichtmiddel is echt geweldig, ik heb het gebruikt in tubeless landbouwbanden. Zorg ervoor dat er op de band staat dat Tubeless betekent tubeless... In het verleden heb ik vaak problemen gehad met spijkers in de banden, dit probleem is nu opgelost. Het bandenafdichtmiddel is echt geweldig

Deze kit is echt geweldig

TEST is met vlag en wimpel geslaagd. We kregen de jerrycan van 5 liter en ik dacht: oké, investeer 70 euro en doe de TEST. Ik bestelde nog 3 spuiten om de kit via het ventiel te vullen, vulde de inhoud van de kit volgens de instructies in een vrachtwagenband en liet de vrachtwagen vervolgens een rondje rijden zodat de kit goed in de band verdeeld werd. Vervolgens sloegen we een spijker van ongeveer 3 mm dik en 6 cm lang in het profiel. Eén ervan die je gebruikt als je het huis verslaat. Slecht onderdeel De band was ongeveer 6 maanden oud, dus hij was nog in relatief goede staat. Toen ik hem eruit trok, zag ik het afdichtmiddel op de spijker en het gat was meteen dicht. De band had voorheen 8 bar lucht. Er was een heel kort sissend geluid en na nogmaals controleren was de band ongeveer 0,2 bar lucht kwijtgeraakt. Het gat werd kort gemarkeerd met krijt en eenmaal gedraaid besproeid met zeepsop. GEEN verder drukverlies DRUKVERLIES Vervolgens trok ik de band van de velg en ging kijken. Er zat kit op de velg, deze is helder, deze is makkelijk af te wassen met water en je kunt de velg weer gebruiken. We hebben de band uitgespoeld met water en daarna opnieuw gevuld met kit.Mijn vrachtwagens staan dagelijks op bouwplaatsen, dus het is zeker de moeite waard om een container van 25 liter aan te schaffen. Overigens kan het afdichtmiddel tot wel 5 jaar in de band blijven. Bedankt Berner voor deze aanbeveling.
