Processing information

Use an angle of 35°-40° for grinding
Do not put an excessive pressure on the disc
Take the maximum speed of the disc into account
Do not tighten the fixing nut too much
Use a protecting carter
Do not use a disc that has been shocked
Cut the power of the machine when mounting or changing a disc
Let the disc stop itself after grinding

Advice

Do not grind stainless steel after grinding steel
Wear safety equipment while grinding like glasses, dust mask, earmuffs and gloves
When the disc has just been mounted, let it spin for a few seconds before grinding, in order to check that everything is all right
Store the disc flat, away from frost or humidity
A flap disc can be used after grinding in order to make a perfect finishing
