Processing information

Check substrates for compatibility
Surface must be clean, dry and free from rust and grease
Shake the can thoroughly for 2 minutes before activation
Place the push button on the pin on the bottom of the can
Place the can with the cap upside down on a firm surface
Press the push button with the heel of your hand as far as it will go
Shake the can thoroughly for 2 minutes before use
Keep a spraying distance of 15-20 cm
Apply 2-3 coats
Allow each cross-coat to dry for approx. 5-10 minutes
Dust-dry after 15 minutes
Touch-dry after 30 minutes
Sandable after 12-16 hours at 20 °C, 40 minutes at 60 °C, 30 minutes if under infrared light
After use, spray the can upside-down to clean nozzle and valve
Processing time of activated can minimum 3 days
The ambient temperature can influence the processing time

Advice

Do not apply on acidic primers
If the 2K Primer Filler has to be recoated after more than one day, it must first be sanded
Before reworking with 2K Filler and 2K Spray Filler, a drying time of 12-16 h at room temperature or 40 minutes at 60 °C must be observed
