Application Areas:

Repair of puncture damage in the tread area of tubeless diagonal or radial tyres of trucks according to German law paragraph 36 StVZO (German Road Traffic Registration Regulation)

Tested quality at TÜV-Süd, Tyre and wheel test center Munich according to:
- ECE R54 (Trucks)
- +Continuous run with overload
- +extensive high-speed testing
- conforming §36 StVZO, Derective 247

In order to establish the extent of the damage and for applying liquid patch, each tyre must be removed from the rim (except for tyres with a maximum design speed not exceeding 40 km/h, a repair can be carried out without unmounting the tyre from the rim).

Advice

Tyres that are older than 6 years are not allowed to be repaired!
Damage that was repaired by auxillary equipment (e.g. spray) cannot be repaired!
Plugs can be stored for 3 years in dry, cool and dark places.
Rubber solution and liquid patches may be stored in closed containers for 1 to 1.5 years.
