• Besides the standard heat shrink sleeve, there is also heat shrink sleeve with adhesive on the inside
• Heat shrink sleeves with adhesive have the property that they shrink in diameter when heated for example with hot air gun
  • The material hardly shrinks in length
  • It conforms to the shape it encloses
  • The material does not exert any significant forces during shrinkage
  • The adhesive layer inside the sleeve melts and ensures a waterproof electrical connection
