Application Areas:

Solvent-free polyurethane adhesive for interior and exterior applications with high water resistance

Suitable for wood, MDF, chipboard, concrete, stone, metal, many plastics, PU foam, polystyrene foam, mineral wool and other conventional construction materials

Advantages:

High adhesive quality
Excellent adhesion
Wide temperature resistance from -30 °C to +120 °C
Very fast curing, achieves strong bonds after 15 minutes of pressing time

Excellent for exterior and interior applications
Moisture resistance corresponds to group D4 (EN204)

Processing information

Surfaces must be clean and free of dust and grease
Moisten both surfaces before application to accelerate curing
Apply adhesive with a sealant gun to one surface, join parts within 5 minutes, and clamp for at least 15 minutes
Clamping is necessary for maximum strength
For non-porous surfaces, moisten only one side
Cleaning: Uncured adhesive can be removed with Berner gun cleaner. Cured adhesive must be removed mechanically

Advice

Preliminary adhesion tests are recommended for all substrates
Not suitable for glass, PE, PP, PA, EPDM and Teflon
