Processing information

The BERNER underlay membrane 270 is usually installed from below starting with approx. 10 cm covering directly on the insulation or on a shuttering parallel to the eaves laid without tension and without sagging between the rafter sections.
The fixation of the underlay mebrane is carried out step by step with tacker and counter batten.
Uninsulated attic floorsmust be ventilated
In the overlap area, the underlay membrane 270 must be fastened in a concealed manner.
Minor damages should be repaired and the joint and overlap edges masked with BERNER adhesive tape or BERNER Outside-inside sealing tape.
