Panel adhesive foam 750 ml, Aerosol, for Insulation

Shake the can vigorously prior to use at least 20 times
Surfaces must be clean, free of oil and grease
Moisten surfaces slightly using a spray bottle
Apply the adhesive foam on the polystyrene sheet, on the contour, 5 cm away from the edge and inside the contour, in successive strings with 30 cm distance in between. The recommended diameter of the strings applied with a gun is 10–12 mm
Fasten the polystyrene sheets in the final position in about 6–10 min, before the adhesive starts to cure
The polystyrene sheets at the base of the wall must be supported from the lower part, to avoid their slipping off the wall until the adhesive cures and the sheets are fastened (5–24 hours)
Fill the spaces between the polystyrene sheets with adhesive, to obtain an effective insulation
In cold temperatures, leave the foam to warm to room temperature for at least one hour before use
Apply at least one vertical bonding line in the middle of the plate
Attach within 2 minutes after application of foam, and bring into desired position. Any irregularity can be corrected within max. 10 minutes of bonding, depending on ambient temperature (air and substrate)
Fresh foam can be removed immediately with BERNER PU Cleaner

Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene and bituminous substrates
Not suitable for permanent water load
Not suitable for use (e. g. filling) in cavities with insufficient moisture
